While it is always nice to run the latest and greatest version of the OS, I have learned from my Microsoft experience to refrain from an upgrade a few days after the "community experts" have had a go it. I feel this is the process Samsung has adopted or perhaps they are just too slow because they have to support so many variants of their Galaxy S / S2 devices. As for the launcher, I know many of the experts out there feel TouchWiz is too slow or too bulky. What matters to me is that TouchWiz abstracts the best of the Android OS to the *typical* user who does not know anything that is going on behind the scenes. The iOS has done this extremely well but at the expense of crippling how a users can interact with the device. In the end, it is really the personal style that matters which is why I think Android, especially with TouchWiz, wins out over iOS because it is so highly customizable. Please do forget to call me when you do decide to sell your Nexus S!
